Product Descriptions
My terms and conditions are very simple. I describe my items in as fine detail as possible and I can assure you that nothing will get past my experienced scrutineering eye. By reading my product description you will know as much about the product as I do, warts and all.

The vast majority of the products sold on this website are antiques and as such are second-hand and often are slightly damaged. I will do my utmost to describe any damage fully and, where possible, to include images of the damage.

Returns
In accordance with the 'Distance Selling' UK law you are welcome to cancel an order providing you dispatch a written request (e-mail  or letter) within 7 working days from the moment the goods arrive. Unfortunately we cannot extend this same service for the sale of downloadable electronic goods.

The returns process:

1. Inform me of your desire to return the goods within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. E-mail and Mail are acceptable forms of contact.
   
2. Take reasonable care to pack the goods to ensure safe arrival at Apothecary Collectables

4. Upon the safe return of the goods you shall receive an appropriate and fair return of monies according to the condition of the returned goods. Goods that are returned in the condition they left will get a full refund. Goods that have received damage since initial dispatch from Apothecary Collectables will incur a penalty to the amount the intrinsic value of the goods has been reduced by. You will not receive any refund for goods that fail to return or are returned in a condition that renders them unsaleable.

Dispatch
Unless an agreement has been reached between us, nothing will be shipped until your payment has cleared in full.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
