UK items will be sent via Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery (Signed for), and proof of purchase will be given. We will email you when the item has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days from receipt of payment.

Glass Items cannot be insured, as per the Royal Mails terms and conditions of carriage, or by Parcel Force's terms and conditions of carriage. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to the carrier! (Royal Mail) or (Parcel Force).

Shipping to Non UK countries will be sent via Royal Mail's overseas parcel services, or for heavier parcels over 2kg by Parcel Force World Wide Standard Parcel Rate. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Apothecary Collectables has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.
