On offer is a superb large fold out advertising Trade Card  The card is advertising "SYRUP OF FIGS" this is a very colourful die cut card, the front of which reads:

The inside pages describe the benefits for taking Syrup of Figs, and directions on how to take the medicine. The rear page has a lithograph of the boxed product.


Condition: Good:

Faults: Glue Marks to the inside borders, slight loss of text in one small area internally, 2 large areas of missing text from the back page. This was glued into a scrap book in the 19th century. Still a significant offering despite the damage.
